IRON ARMOR WEAR PLATES

IRON ARMOR 450 and 500 is a martensitic abrasion resistant steel, with an average hardness of 450 / 500 HBW. Its very high resistance to abrasive wear and impact makes it ideal where long service life is required. With the combination of superior hardness and strength, Iron Armor is an optimal choice for the aggregate, construction & mining industry. Iron Armor can be formed, welded, and cut with the same processes as other brands of wear plate. This is available from 3/16" to 3" thick.
